• Designed, implemented, and directed a five-year research program for the sixth largest municipal school district's organizational reform in mathematics, science, and educational technology.

• Founded Indian River Mensa, a chapter of American Mensa, Ltd., and increased membership by 3000 percent and wrote and produced a monthly newsletter over a five year period.

• Researched, developed, and directed the second rape counseling center in Florida; coordinated the efforts of nine agencies; trained and managed a staff of eight nurses.

• Chaired a municipal committee that researched, designed, and had adopted the first childcare provider regulations in Fort Pierce, Florida.

• Developed and directed a one year public relations campaign which raised a chapter of the American Red Cross to the top of the United Way funding.
